JackEd Up

DENNIS DUBIN began his career in radio broadcasting in 1970 at Penn State
University, which is where he met his future wife, Kathleen Murphy. The fact that she
shares the last name of JackEd Up co-host, Ed Murphy is no coincidence; they are
brother and sister. Denny and Kathy have been living and working in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana, since 1976. After nearly 50 years on the air, he retired from radio in 2018
and was honored with the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters’ Lifetime Achievement
Award.
