Ed's experience in  education includes...teacher, counselor, administrator, PD Specialist and educational coach.  Educational settings include  urban, rural,  suburban and overseas schools.  Degrees in Special Education, school counseling and school administration.  Ed resides in Western North Carolina with his wife (Kerri) and their gigantic dog (Craggy).
